  • Account & Admin Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for daily Accounting & Admin function

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform & Responsible for daily accounting function, update and maintain accurate accounting entry into accounting system

  • Assist Account Manager on account & GST submission

  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing of related document

  • Plan and prepare payment to vendors

  • Daily office administrative task includes data entry, documentation, coordinating and follow up on pending matters

  • Process monthly staff claims

  • Preparation a variety of general accounting supports task

  • Other ad­-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma or Degree in Finance or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the similar position.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.

  • Knowledge in SQL accounting system & computer literate

  • Must work independently with good attitude, good interpersonal skill and smooth communication.

  • Proficient in English(Written & Spoken).

  • Candidate that able to speak mandarin or Cantonese will be in advantage but not a compulsory requirement.
