POSITION SUMMARY:

• Site based designer, design, coordination and site supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Attend to client’s briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement for the project.

• Work closely with the team members in developing design proposal and present to client.

• Handling all design related scope including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.

• Communicate with contractors, suppliers and clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Fresh Grade are encourage to apply.

• Possessed high level of design, space planning and material selection skills.

• Proficiency in Google Sketchup, Google Layout, v-ray 3D rendering, Adobe Software and AutoCad.

• A team player with the ability to meet tight datelines, has strong commitment and self-motivated.

• Must possess own car and able to travel.

• Proficient in English.

• Candidate that able to speak mandarin or Cantonese will be in advantage but not a compulsory requirement.
